I believe people do better when they have the tools, encouragement, and opportunity to grow.
My career has taken me through employee relations, recruiting, training and development, HR analytics, and benefits. Today, I bring that experience to my work as a full-time Business Administration faculty member at Central New Mexico Community College.
I teach HR management, business professionalism, management, and entrepreneurship. I’m also a student mentor and faculty advisor for the Suncat Social Club, helping students build confidence and connection beyond the classroom.
My own education journey began with earning my SHRM-SCP after decades in HR. That experience gave me the confidence to earn my bachelor’s degree in Business Management and pursue an MBA. I know what it feels like to take a chance on yourself.

I founded Tell Us About Yourself, Inc., a nonprofit that served more than 200 people. Although the organization has since closed, its place in my story remains meaningful.
That experience continues to inform how I teach, mentor, and support others: listen to their stories, recognize their potential, and help them take the next step.
